Submitting an order request does not reserve flowers, a vessel or a date. Your order is confirmed only after availability, final pricing and payment are approved and you receive confirmation from Sunny Side by Design.

Please review these terms before submitting an order request. Final availability, taxes, delivery fees and payment are confirmed before your order is reserved.
Seasonal substitutions
Flowers and one-of-a-kind vessels depend on availability. Substitutions may be made while preserving the arrangement’s overall value, palette, scale and style. Natural variation is part of every handmade design.
Prices and sales tax
Displayed prices are starting prices and do not include sales tax, delivery, installation or requested upgrades unless specifically stated. Pickup and delivery orders use the applicable location-based sales-tax rate. Your final total is confirmed before payment.
Pickup and delivery
Home-studio pickup in South Aurora is available by scheduled appointment. Delivery is limited by date and service area; the fee is quoted from the delivery address. The customer must provide accurate recipient, access and contact information. A safe-delivery plan may be required when no recipient will be present.
Cancellations and changes
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the scheduled date may receive store credit. Cancellations within 72 hours are nonrefundable because flowers and materials may already have been purchased. Changes are subject to availability and may change the price.
Event décor and rentals
Rental vessels, arches, tools and décor remain Sunny Side by Design property unless the order states otherwise. Return timing, damage, replacement and installation terms will be listed in the final event quote.
Payment and privacy
Payment is required to reserve an approved order. Customer information is used only to prepare and communicate about the order. Payment details are handled by the selected secure payment provider and are not stored by Sunny Side by Design.
